* Estral Beach is currently using the State of Michigan to issue Building Permits (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits can still be completed through Estral Beach).  Contact the State of Michigan for General Building Applications, Inspections, etc. Visit www.michigan.gov\bcc to apply.
